Welcome to Luzdan. These Terms and Conditions of Service govern the use of our online store, physical store, social media, purchase services, delivery orders, in-store pickup orders, promotions, payments, customer accounts, communications, and any other service offered by Luzdan.

By visiting our website, making a purchase, submitting an order, coordinating a delivery, picking up an order, communicating with Luzdan, or using our services, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our website, placing orders, or completing purchases with Luzdan.

Luzdan may sell pet products, food, supplements, care items, accessories, hygiene products, animal wellness products, and other related merchandise.

1. Use of the Online Store and Digital Channels

The customer agrees to use Luzdan’s website, social media, forms, ordering systems, messages, and services legally, properly, and in good faith.

The customer must not:

• Use the website or services for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

• Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.

• Attempt to alter prices, inventory, orders, systems, forms, or payment processes.

• Use Luzdan content without authorization.

• Interfere with the operation of the website, payment systems, or third-party platforms.

• Make purchases with unauthorized payment methods or another person’s information without permission.

Luzdan reserves the right to cancel orders, limit access, refuse services, or take the appropriate measures if it detects misuse, fraud, abuse, error, security threat, or breach of these terms.

1. Product Information

Luzdan seeks to present clear and reasonable information about its products. However, photographs, colors, sizes, packaging, presentations, descriptions, ingredients, labels, and availability may vary.

Images published on the website, social media, advertisements, messages, or promotional materials are illustrative.

Variations may occur due to:

• Manufacturer changes.

• Packaging updates.

• Color differences on screens.

• Changes in size or presentation.

• Changes in labels, formula, ingredients, or product information.

• Design or presentation substitutions by the supplier.

These variations do not constitute a defect when the product received is substantially equivalent to the product purchased and fulfills its main function.

The customer is responsible for reading labels, instructions, warnings, ingredients, expiration dates, usage guides, and manufacturer recommendations before using any product.

1. Pet Products and Veterinary Guidance

The information provided by Luzdan, its employees, website, social media, or communication channels is offered for general commercial and product guidance purposes. It does not constitute medical, veterinary, nutritional, diagnostic, or professional treatment advice.

The customer acknowledges that each pet may have different needs depending on its species, breed, age, weight, size, physical condition, medical history, allergies, medications, digestive sensitivity, diet, behavior, and veterinary recommendations.

Before purchasing or using food, supplements, health products, treatments, care items, hygiene products, accessories, or any product that may affect a pet’s health, safety, or well-being, the customer should consult a veterinarian when they have questions or when the pet has preexisting conditions.

Luzdan shall not be responsible for:

• Improper use of products.

• Use other than as recommended by the manufacturer.

• Individual reactions of a pet.

• Allergies, intolerances, or sensitivities that are unknown or were not disclosed.

• Incorrect selection of size, formula, dose, product, or accessory.

• Damages caused by inadequate supervision.

• Use of expired, altered, or improperly stored products after purchase.

• Results not guaranteed by the manufacturer.

The customer assumes responsibility for selecting appropriate products for their pet and using them according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

1. Prices, Promotions, and Errors

Published prices may change without prior notice. Luzdan reserves the right to modify prices, offers, availability, discounts, promotions, delivery fees, and commercial conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.

Promotions, discount codes, coupons, special offers, and benefits:

• Apply only during the announced period.

• Are subject to availability.

• Are not retroactive.

• May not necessarily be combined with each other.

• May have additional restrictions.

• May be limited by quantity, category, product, payment method, or delivery area.

Luzdan reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, image errors, description errors, system errors, or any information published by mistake.

If a product appears with an incorrect price, incorrect description, or incorrect availability, Luzdan may cancel, adjust, or correct the order before processing it, even if the customer received an automatic confirmation.

1. Inventory Availability

All products are subject to availability. Although Luzdan seeks to keep inventory updated, differences may occur between the published inventory and the actual available inventory.

If a product is not available after an order has been processed, Luzdan may contact the customer to offer:

• Substitute product.

• Exchange for a similar product.

• Store credit.

• Order adjustment.

• Refund for the unavailable product.

• Partial or full cancellation of the order.

Luzdan shall not be responsible for losses, inconvenience, delays, or expectations related to out-of-stock products, incorrect inventory, or reasonable availability errors.

1. Orders and Purchase Acceptance

An automatic order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. Luzdan may review, validate, correct, reject, or cancel an order when there is:

• Pricing error.

• Inventory error.

• System error.

• Incomplete information.

• Incorrect address or address outside the service area.

• Suspected fraud.

• Payment issue.

• Product unavailable.

• Inability to complete delivery.

• Breach of these terms.

Luzdan reserves the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel purchases when reasonably necessary to protect the business, the customer, or third parties.

1. Payments

The customer must provide valid, authorized, and sufficient payment information to complete the purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms, payment systems, banks, cards, digital wallets, or other methods enabled by Luzdan. Luzdan does not control the internal processes of banks, card issuers, or payment platforms.

The customer is responsible for any charge, fee, rejection, delay, dispute, or validation required by their financial institution or payment method.

Luzdan may cancel or hold an order if the payment is not approved, if the transaction appears irregular, or if the payment method cannot be validated.

1. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Purchases made at Luzdan are subject to our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy, published on our online store and available through our official channels.

By making a purchase, the customer accepts said policy as part of these Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Deliveries and Pickups

Deliveries, shipping, delivery fees, incorrect addresses, absent customers, delays, in-store pickups, and delivery-related claims are subject to our Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy.

By selecting delivery or in-store pickup, the customer accepts said policy as part of these Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. When applicable, the customer must follow the process, terms, and conditions established by the manufacturer.

Luzdan may guide the customer regarding available information, but approval, repair, replacement, or rejection of a manufacturer warranty will depend on that manufacturer, distributor, or authorized representative.

Luzdan does not guarantee results, performance, durability, or product compatibility beyond what is expressly offered by the manufacturer or required by law.

1. Gift Cards, Credits, and Certificates

Gift cards, gift certificates, promotional credits, or store credits will be subject to their specific terms and applicable law.

Gift cards and credits are not refundable in cash, except when required by applicable law.

The customer is responsible for protecting any issued card, code, credit, or certificate. Luzdan shall not be responsible for loss, unauthorized use, or disclosure of the code, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

1. Customer Accounts

If Luzdan allows customer accounts to be created, the user will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access information, password, and account activity.

The customer must notify Luzdan if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

Luzdan may suspend, limit, or cancel an account if it detects misuse, fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity.

1. Communications With Luzdan

The customer may communicate with Luzdan by phone, direct messages on social media, or other official channels.

The customer accepts that communications made through messages, social media, forms, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other means may be used to handle requests, process orders, coordinate deliveries, answer questions, manage claims, or provide customer service.

Promotional communications will be subject to the Privacy Policy and the corresponding consents.

1. Intellectual Property

All Luzdan content, including the business name, logos, photographs, texts, designs, graphics, posts, videos, descriptions, promotions, advertising materials, page structure, and other elements, belongs to Luzdan or to their respective owners.

The customer may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially use, or exploit Luzdan content without prior written authorization.

1. Links and Third-Party Platforms

The website, social media, payment systems, forms, delivery tools, ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, pixels, payment processors, or messaging services may be operated by third parties.

Luzdan does not fully control the policies, practices, security, availability, or operation of external platforms. The use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luzdan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, interruptions, delays, third-party errors, technological failures, connection issues, customer purchase decisions, improper use of products, or situations beyond Luzdan’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1. Force Majeure

Luzdan shall not be responsible for delays, breaches, or inability to complete services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Storms.

• Hurricanes.

• Floods.

• Emergencies.

• Power outages.

• Internet failures.

• Accidents.

• Carrier issues.

• Supplier interruptions.

• Inventory shortages.

• Government situations.

• Security events.

• Any other cause beyond Luzdan’s reasonable control.

1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Puerto Rico, without excluding any consumer protection that is mandatory by law.

The parties will seek to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication. If it cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled in the competent forums of Puerto Rico, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

1. Changes to These Terms

Luzdan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time.

The current version will be the one published on the online store or available in the physical store. Continued use of the website, services, or purchases after an update has been published will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
